Luis’s thoughts on his interpretation. See original transcript below in Spanish and translation to English.
I have decided to interpret this piece from a point of view away from the conventions of music notation. In other words, instead of giving the different parts a duration, a pitch or an articulation, seeing that the writing on both lines of the score was similar, it seemed more appropriate to interpret it as if it were a conversation between two similar viewpoints. Although they are very similar, at the same time the different primary colours represent that they are extremely distanced. I considered that that would be a more interesting option, even taking into account that the result of playing a melodic instrument [for this interpretation] may not have been extremely unusual. That’s all.
